QWhen should I make a reservation?
AFor online reservations , please check availability on the calendar and make your reservation by 17:00 three business days prior to the desired date. For reservations after that, please contact us by phone (09017321207) . Since we operate on a complete reservation system, it may be difficult to make a reservation the day before or on the same day. Please apply as soon as possible.
QCan I cancel or change my reservation?
AWe accept cancellations and changes free of charge until 17:00 two business days before the reservation date. Any cancellations or changes after that time will be charged 100% of the counseling fee. Thank you for your understanding.
